OVERALL- Fairly short for a girl her age Mei-lin was born with red hair and cerulean eyes, colors that are rare for her ethnicity. She typically ties her hair together into two knots to the sides of her head which she then covers with black ornaments. She has a fairly petite figure to her body; though she's managed to keep herself fit. Despite typically working in her family's kitchen and serving food, Mei-lin has a fair complexion. Her skin is relatively smooth and can generally be compared to a doll.

UNIFORM STYLE- Mei-lin commonly wears the standard Yasogami High School uniform with no alterations of any sort. She does, however, wear the school jersey over her uniform during the winter. When summertime comes around, she ties the jersey snugly around her waist while wearing the summer uniform. 

CASUAL STYLE: Mei-lin is fairly out of style when it comes to fashion as she frequently wears an assortment of red cheongsams. While she does have different arrangements of clothing that better fit the times, she prefers the older style of clothing which she wears as a memento from her mother.
