OVERALL- A tall woman appearing to be around the age of a fledgling college student. The majority of her body remains obscured by a long, black-and-blue cloak that she always keeps closed, but from her features it can be extrapolated that she has a lanky and ruler-ish figure. She has a heart-shaped face and amber-colored eyes, and she shares the silvery-white tint of hair with her older sibling- it's tied up into neat twin ponytails that reach the bottom of her neck. She's almost always seen holding her Compendium tightly to her chest.

CASUAL STYLE: If Justine were to enter into the normal world, she would be dressed in a long, black capelet coat and white leggings, along with black combat boots. She's seen carrying a parasol, indicating that she may be affected with light the same way as Victor. Replacing her Compendium is a heavy volume of Encyclopedia Britannica.

NATURE: Bookish.

OVERALL: The greenhorn of the two Velvet siblings, Justine is the more naive and also the more careful one. A timid young woman who is doing her best to understand and befriend human beings, she's far more approachable than her admittedly somewhat sociopathic older sibling.

While she herself has difficulty reading the emotions of others and understanding the consequences of actions, she is actually quite in touch with her own human-like side and can express herself far more freely, to the point of occasional anxiety. Despite these faults, she's eager (a bit too eager) to teach humans about Persona summoning and fusions, and tends to take to specific humans that she works with. Unlike her brother, she treats these bonds as a moral partnership rather than something pragmatic in nature.

Her thirst for information is probably her strongest and most apparent trait. Whenever she's around, expect questions- she's completely enthralled with humans and will ask as many questions as she can in order to compile a larger understanding of the world that we live in. She collects everyday objects, and will often ask for additions to her collection in return for supernatural items of her own.

+ INFORMATIVE: While she lacks her brother's wiseness, she has the same omniscience has he does and can tell the world's future at a glance. While she's restrained from revealing prominent information the same way as Victor is, she'll be happy to give you subtle life advice depending on what she sees in times that have not yet passed.
+ SUPPORTIVE: She'll always be your party's head cheerleader. What she has of emotion tends to be on the negative side, but she never gives up on others and will always attest to your bravery and reliability... even if you're not very brave or reliable. To be honest, she can't tell, but she knows it makes people feel better.
+ GO-GETTER: If she wants information, you can bet she'll find some way to obtain it. A seeker by nature, she's known to venture into the unknown in order to find information or items that may assist her in the long run.
+ PASSIONATE: Super-persistent when it comes to something she has strong feelings about. Whether it's a person, an inanimate object or a concept, she'll talk for hours about it or fight something to the death over it.
+ EMPATHETIC: The absolute opposite of her brother in this regard, her own emotions have a tendency to reflect those of the humans she interacts with. She's normally very passive and absorbed in her studies, but she'll revel in your joy and cry with you if you're upset.

- NERVOUS: She has an anxious personality that tends to make her go a little overboard in the emotions department. Seemingly fearful of getting scolded or otherwise looked down upon, she strives to be both the perfect sister and the perfect mentor.
- LONESOME: It's obvious that she doesn't often get company. She's a little on the clingy side, and has a tendency to get a little down if she's not visited or spoken to often.
- NAIVE: If you told her that the sky was green and the grass was blue, she'd still believe you. Having a lack of knowledge regarding dimensions other than her own, she's a bit embarrassed regarding how gullible she is. Don't even try explaining sarcasm to her.
- LOW SELF-WORTH: When confronted with the notion of herself, she's often quite negative about it. She sees her brother as superior to her in most situations, so it's given her something of an inferiority complex.
- MYOPIC: Tends to not really see or understand the consequences of her actions. Can't really "read" others or the mood of a room, and will often blurt out something inappropriate for the moment just because it sounded okay in her head.

PERSONA APPEARANCE: An armored, unicorn-like animal with snake-like scales made of steel and a helm covered in tassels, it looks as if it is part animal and part machine. Its sleek looks are compounded by what appear to be gears turning in its legs and sides, bound together by copper wire. Upon its chest is a ticking clock bored into its skin.
