OVERALL - Taichi is by no means an average looking person. He is a man of tall stature with a fair athletic build and typically adorns himself in a delinquent-esque fashion which is discernible by his particular preference towards the pompadour. His obsidian black hair is often laden by gel and spray which helps maintain what he believes to be a classy Japanese look.

UNIFORM STYLE - Despite his initial appearances, Taichi neatly dons his uniform to regulation, commonly buttoning his jacket up to his chest.

CASUAL STYLE: Taichi isn't very extravagant when it comes to style. He'll typically rock a T-Shirt and some skinny jeans when he goes out on his days off. During the Winter, he'll wear a black field jacket along with his usual clothes.

NATURE: Good-hearted

OVERALL: There are many misconceptions when it comes to judging Taichi's character. Most view him as an off putting and intimidating sort who is difficult to approach because of his choice in fashion. He is, however, quite the opposite from how he portrays himself. Taichi isn't the kind of man to go out picking fights, nor is he the kind of man to deliberately cause trouble. In reality he's a cool and collected individual who'd rather enjoy his time in a place of solitude. Any semblance he actually has of being standoffish stems off mostly from people judging him by the cover and not his actual personality.

Taichi doesn't get bothered by what people say about him as he still finds it easy to approach others regardless. In truth, despite his preference towarfs being reclusive, he often finds himself interacting with others simply necause he can't look the other way when someone is in trouble or in need of help. As a friend Taichi can actually be pretty social as he'll typically make humorous remarks and jokes. He even goes as far as to make light of himself if it would somehow cheer someone up.

Against all of his good will, Taichi is not without faults. His hospitality towards others have caused issues for him in the past and sometimes continue to do so. His inability to turn a blind eye has gotten him into fights before and he has also had others take advantage of his kindness; though this isn't caused by naivete. Regardless of what happens to him, Taichi is a firm believer of second, and sometimes, third chances; thus he finds it easier than others to forgive and forget.

TRAITS: 

+ Easygoing - Taichi is the sort of man who goes with the flow. He's very lax when it comes to just about any situation.

+ Understanding - Not the kind of person to judge so easily, Taichi is a man who listens and tries to comprehend others. He accepts others for who they are and doesn't try to force his opinion down on others.

+ Truthful - Taichi doesn't like to lie. As such, he's very forthright with his feelings.

+ Helpful - Clashing from his appearance, Taichi's not the type of person to leave someone alone and is almost always willing to help a person.

+ Committed - Being a man, Taichi doesn't do things halfheartedly nor is he the type of man to back away after things don't go his way. Whether it be his school work, job, or even hobby, Taichi dedicates himself to finishing that task. The same can be said when he makes promises. He isn't one who'll break his word.

- Closed - Not a very social person, Taichi tends to keep to himself. While he does constantly interact with other people, he speaks very little about himself.

- Stubborn - The thought of giving up hardly ever crosses Taichi's mind. His feelings towards committing himself and always keeping his word makes it hard for him to back off. 

- Blunt - Being the sort of man who dislikes lying, Taichi can be extremely forthright when talking to others. He'll often come off as rude and insensitive as a result; though that typically isn't his intentions.

- Aggressive - Taichi isn't the brightest when it comes to problem solving. While he is normally nice and passive, he has used threats and violence to solve problems. This typically happens in situations that involve bullying.

- Meddlesome - Taichi finds it hard to not help someone when they're in need of a shoulder to lean on which usually results in him breaking his somewhat distant nature. This habit that Taichi has can be quite troublesome as he'll often meddle in dangerous situations such as fights.

BIO: Taichi was raised in the bustling city of Tokyo, Japan. He hardly knew his father who had left him and his mother shortly after he was born so growing up without a father figure was tough for him. His mother worked hard to raise Taichi, having to balance between him and her two jobs. As a child, Taichi had always been a bit of a trouble maker. He had always gotten into fights with other boys much to his mother's chagrin. While she always knew he had good intentions, she would always make sure to scold and discipline him for hurting others even if it were to help someone else.

Taichi would never really grow out of his aggressive tendencies though as years later he would begin to adopt a delinquent fashion as a sign that he was a man who could not be trifled with. He would often use this appearance to his advantage to break up fights among his peers. Though he was a problem child in school, Taichi always made an effort to keep up with his grades which would often surprise his teachers. For the most part he was always very studious and always maintained good grades.

During his first year in high school, word about Taichi had spread around which attracted all sorts of delinquents to him. Most had it out for him due to the fact that he had messed with members of their gang. This raised a serious problem with his mother as Taichi would often come home beaten and battered as a result from his constant fights. In order to put a stop to these things and to keep him safe, she forced him to move over to Inaba to live with his grandparents in hopes that he would reform.
