appearance

OVERALL- Appearing as a slightly frail man in his early twenties, he wears a victorian-style blue cloak and red chiffon tie over a white silk shirt and black dress pants. His slightly long and uncouth hair is a faded, ghostly white, and his eyes are deep pinkish-red- paired with his sickly-pale skin, it gives him the appearance of a human affected by albinism. His hair always completely covers his left eye, and he completely refuses to straighten it up. Calling this form a 'disguise' of sorts, his true appearance is a mystery to all.

CASUAL STYLE: If he ever has the want to enter the world of humans, he tends to appear in slightly more normal clothing- a navy-colored business suit and red tie that reflects the same color scheme he normally has. He also always carries an umbrella with him to protect from sunlight, furthering the idea that he does physically have a melanin deficiency... that, or perhaps it's something of a justification.

NATURE: Otherworldly

OVERALL: Basically the used car salesman of Persona specialists, he's a bit of an odd bird. He makes partners of his agree to a ridiculous amount of special conditions in the same way a business agreement would have contracts, and refers to partnerships with human beings as 'deals' and said humans as 'clients'. He assures you repeatedly that said deals are not demonic in nature, and that he will give you whatever you need at a relatively low cost to you. Besides deals in the field of Persona, he'll also make deals for crafted items, puzzle solutions and even raw information.

He fights against evil constantly despite his chaotic alignment, and is against anyone who mistreats others. Shadows are basically things he treats with almost businesslike abhorrence, as if they're particularly uncooperative clients or such. While he finds pain and situations relating to it pretty darn funny, he does affirm that he mostly only takes pleasure in his own misfortunes. Known to intentionally burn, lacerate and poison himself when in a physical form just because he finds pain so incomprehensible and weird. A businessman by nature, it's theorized he lacks a soul.

TRAITS:

+ PUNCTUAL: If you call for him, he's right there. There's never a point where he won't answer a call from one of his masters, be they human or a denizen of another dimension.

+ JOVIAL: He's a good-natured sort of person. He has a sense of humor and is pretty quick to bond with anyone who he's been partnered with. Known for calling Philemon "Mr. P".

+ KNOWLEDGEABLE: The guy's a walking encyclopedia of the multiverse. You have a question? He has an answer. While he is basically omniscient, Philemon's constraints make it so that he can't reveal anything that could potentially cause an integral change in the flow of the future. He's known to give cryptic hints, though.

+ HONEST: Hey, the dude's bound by Philemon. If he was caught lying through his teeth, it'd mean harsh comeuppances. This can even devolve into brutal honesty, since he has a tendency not to think about how his words might affect a recipient.

+ RELIABLE: He's always watching and always there for you. If you're in a real bind when it comes to either a dungeon puzzle or a fight, there's usually something he can do to help you. You may have to ask him directly, though.

- CALLOUS: Not totally sure about the meaning of empathy. He can recognize emotions just fine, but like most things from his realm, his understanding of social constructs is stilted at best. Don't worry, he's doing his best to improve.

- MAD: Again, the whole lack of understanding when it comes to humans makes him seem just a little off the deep end, especially when paired with his impish personality. If he is sane, it's not by human standards. Again, he wants to appear more 'normal' as to stop scaring off potential clientele.

- CHAOTIC: Adding on the the last two, he has a bit of a disregard for safety (especially Persona fusion-wise, where he takes a very 'for the sake of my research!' approach), and also has a tendency to forget that humans have squishy physical bodies. His bad.

- PETTY: Really wants more fusion materials, and due to his inability to physically interact with Shadows, he'll bother you until you do it for him. He'll reward you, of course, but it can get kind of grating to hear his constant requests.

- ADAMANT: Once you make a deal with him, it's unbreakable. While he never goes back on his word, he makes absolutely sure that you don't go back on yours. Listen to what he says very closely, and deny agreements with unwanted consequences. For instance, becoming his human test subject in exchange for fusing that cool dragon you've wanted probably isn't worth it.

FAMILY: Justine- his younger sister. While the two are never seen together, they both affirm that they're blood siblings. Despite that, they don't know who their parents are.

FRIENDS: Has tons of friends. _{Promises you that he's not just saying that.}Every last contract-bound person he's come into contact with is totally not dead, and if they are it's totally due to either illness or old age.

OCCUPATION: Contractually bound by Philemon to attend to the Velvet Room.

BIO: Victor is... well, Victor. His origins are one of the few things he affirms he really does not know, and he alleges that his earliest memories were being signed onto the job with his sister as a Velvet Room Attendant. His higher-ups include Igor and Philemon, and he says that he is at the very least acquainted with all of the other attendants. He's not the biggest fan of the others and their methods, though.

He WILL tell you, though, about his interactions with previous partners through the many, many, many years. He has been partnered to many figures throughout history, and most of them were women. It's said that those assisted by an Attendant will one day become legends themselves in the Unconscious, and he alleges that everyone he's helped has either become the image of or is on their way to becoming the image of a Persona of some sort. He views both humans and Persona as his clientele, and is very careful and affectionate in how he treats them. (Though, this can come off as him treating Persona like people and people like cute pets.)

Previous clients include Re, Okuninushi, King Arthur, Morgan le Fay (Can you BELIEVE he was working for both at the same time? He still gets a kick out of that one.), Heracles, Siegfried, Pythagoras, Leonardo Da Vinci and Jeanne d'Arc. He admits that that last one didn't go the greatest. Too much law.

PERSONA APPEARANCE: An obsidian, winged serpent with steeled skin raised like shards of iron, it looks like a cross between a snake and perhaps a wheel. Metal tubes and wires connect its body together in the inner circle like a motorcycle tire as it ever swallows its own tail. While its appearance may be absurd, watch for when it looks directly at you.
