OVERALL- Yushiro stands at a striking height of 193 centimeters(6'3"). He was always taller than most kids his age making him a nice addition to his school's basketball team. His tan skin and his physique makes it obvious that he at least has some western blood running in him. He has a toned physique due to his physical activity. He has short, dark blue hair that is usually parted to the right side. Yushiro's dark blue eyes are slightly squinted giving him something akin to an evil look.

Yushiro walks with unwavering confidence that makes people envy him. While some people may be intimidated by his evil looking eyes they usually get over it.


UNIFORM STYLE: Basic (Base style for Yasogami: i.imgur.com/a6xb6wx.png)

CASUAL STYLE: During the more colder seasons Yushiro dons a red jacket instead of wearing long-sleeves shirts. This originally started out as a way to save money but he grew to wear jackets most of the time during the cold seasons. Whenever it's during the warm seasons he wears a variety of short-sleeve shirts and typically pants.

NATURE: Describe your character in one word!

OVERALL: During middle school Yushiro went through a drastic change. The death of his father and sister changed him from the shy, dependent little brother into the confident, reliable Yushiro. Left with a grieving mother and little sister he didn't have time to grieve himself. Instead he made sure that they had somebody they could rely on. The dying words of his sister gave him the strength necessary to become the person he is today.

With the loss of his family members they didn't have enough hands to help around the family restaurant which in turn made their earnings take a hit. Knowing that they couldn't afford to hire anybody else Yushiro took it upon himself to work twice as hard to try to make ends meet.

He still is deeply hurt about the loss of his sister. His confidence is just a facade to give reassurance to his family and others. Yushiro knows that he can't let his family worry about him since he is the one they are looking to for support. He often seeks reassurance by thinking about his older sister.

Inwardly he feels annoyed by everything. Annoyed, at how he has to overwork himself. Annoyed at how he always had to keep pushing himself just to give reassurance to his family and other people. Whenever these feelings start to resurface he quickly dismisses them, ignoring them or just thinking of it as a sudden mood swing.

He is pretty friendly whenever it comes to meeting other people. When there is a new person to meet Yushiro is one of the first ones to talk to them. Usually they are intimidated by his evil looking eyes though they get past that within the first couple minutes.

Yushiro is a pretty helpful guy, willing to lend a helping hand to even a stranger. He got this habit from his older sister who would always help other people. Whether it's something as small as running an errand or something bigger, he's always willing to help. Combine this with his courageousness and he's a guy that people always turn to for help.

Yushiro gets gloomy at times which sometimes causes the people around him to worry. In fear of this he quickly changes his mood, yet it does cause some worry to the people around him.

+ Reliable: He has people relying on him everyday and he refuses to disappoint them. Whenever somebody is relying on him he is afraid of disappointing.

+ Hardworking: When something needs to get done, he does it. If need be he is willing to work himself to the bone. His years working at the restaurant is a testimony to this.

+ Friendly: He's a pretty friendly guy contrary to his appearance.

+ Helpful: When there is somebody that needs his help he tries his best to help them.

+ Courageous: He isn't intimidated as easily as somebody else. He is willing to put himself out there despite the pain or danger he may face.

- Dependent: He always seeks comfort by remembering his older sister. His actions are influenced by her existence, striving to be the kind of person that his older sister was.

- Indecisive: He has a hard time making choices, often questioning what his sister would do.

- Insecure: He always questions if his actions were good and if what he did was right. He often compares what he did to of what his sister would have done.

- Gloomy: He occasionally he gets suddenly depressed yet it quickly goes as fast as it comes. While not that many people have notice those who do quickly meet the denial of Yushiro.

• Hasegawa Emiko: His twelve year old sister that works at his family's restaurant.
• Hasegawa Fumiko: His hardworking mother who runs the family restaurant.

BIO: Yushiro was born into a happy family, having an older sister, a father, and a mother. Growing up Yushiro was a shy kid who always clung to his older sister. To him his older sister was somebody he could look up to, somebody he could always trust, somebody that he deeply loved. At school he had a few friends that he talked to but most of them were his teammates from the basketball club.

He was very talented in basketball with him being his team's main shooter. Along with the passing years his personality never changed, always too shy to for his own good and always dependent on his older sister. His younger sister clung to their older sister as well, as if it was a family tradition. Their parents just thought it was a faze and wasn't in too big of a rush to fix this. Their older sister was more than happy to let them cling to her. It gave her some sort of pride as an older sibling.

This all changed when he was at the young age of twelve. When he called his father to come pick him up both his father and his older sister was in a traffic accident. The accident took his father's life from him and put his sister in critical condition. Yushiro was in a state of shock, just in a single hour he lost his father and he may lose his older sister as well.

When Yushiro and his mother arrived at the hospital his sister was barely clinging to life. Yushiro felt a wave of emotions hit him at once: disgust, anger, fear, sadness. Yet all he could do was stand there with his weeping mother. When she said she wanted to be alone with Yushiro; the others left them alone. There his sister told him that he would have to look out for Emiko and their mother. He had to be strong and reliable, he had to do a complete three-sixty and do that quickly. Yushiro had a lot of conflicting emotions going on inside him but he knew one thing. He would do anything that his sister asked since he knew that his sister would never do him harm. He agreed to step up which in turn gave his sister relief knowing that Yushiro will become a reliable man.

Within a few more minutes she past away, there was nothing that they could do. Yushiro would forever remember that feeling; the feeling of being utterly helpless. Years past by and Yushiro quickly stepped up to the task given to him by his older sister.
