OUT OF CHARACTER
01. Please be kind and courteous to both guests and other forum members. Please do not harass, troll or flame anyone who passes by here- this is strictly a safe space.
02. In addition, keep drama and real life affairs to a minimum here. We would prefer greatly if you took any major disagreements to Skype, PM or another form of communication.
03. Stay original. Directly stealing the work, art or characters of other people or registered trademarks is wrong. If you do use art or writing accredited to another person, please credit them below the text or image.
04. Please make your OOC alias different from your character's name. For example, my alias is 'Leafie', which does not conflict with the names of any of the characters.
05. No M-Rated subject matter. Those who post obscene language, images or write extremely violent or sexual subject matter are in jeopardy of being banned.
CHARACTER CREATION
01. One account per character. If you are a member who wishes to create more than one character, each character must have a personalized account. If you are promoted to being a mod, you must create a new account to fulfill that end.
02. Your character's account's name should be the name they go by, not an OOC name.
03. Animanga-style face claims only. Please do not use images of celebrities or real people to represent your character.
04. There is no limit to how many characters you make, but all human characters should begin as civilians unless they are site canons or otherwise. If your character needs/plans to have a Persona, head on over to the Compendium section once you've been accepted in order to work with a moderator on building a Persona.
05. Please put forth your best effort in creating a balanced, likable character. Moderators will assist you if you are having trouble coming up with ideas or concepts.
07. Please claim a canon in its respective thread before making a profile for said canon.
IN-CHARACTER
01. Word count of 150. Please make sure that all RP posts have approximately this much text. The mods do not check how much you've written, but it's a courtesy standard expected to be upheld in order to keep things fresh for all those involved.
02. Powerplaying (controlling other characters' reactions), Metagaming (a character having access to knowledge they have no viable way of obtaining) and Godmodding (Ignoring statistics, turn order and other limiters) is banned.
03. Basic RP has no specific turn order, but combat does. Look at the Mechanics thread for further info regarding priority, actions and stats.
04. We encourage originality and fun plotlines! If you are having trouble realizing a plot idea, speak to a moderator or other members in order to jolt ideas!
